Junior Sng is a dynamic young entrepreneur and the owner of Viva Hotel Sdn Bhd, a fast-growing hospitality brand that has become a staple of modern accommodation in Kuching. Originally from Sibu, Junior brought a high-energy, "rojak" background of diverse experiences—ranging from service at McDonald's to stock trading—into the hospitality sector. He laid the foundation for his brand in February 2022 with his first hotel at Jalan Wan Alwi, strategically located to serve the bustling area near Vivacity Megamall.

In just a few short years, Junior’s forward-thinking approach and relentless drive have seen the brand expand to three distinct locations across Kuching. His leadership style is defined by a transition from a "one-man show" to a structured, professional management system, fueled by his core philosophy: "Work hard to make things right, but work with heart to make things better."

Beyond the day-to-day operations of Viva Hotel, Junior is deeply committed to community building and leadership development. He is an active member of JCI (Junior Chamber International) and remains engaged in the local political and tourism landscapes, advocating for Sarawak’s growth as a premier travel destination. Known for his resilience and vision, Junior continues to position Viva Hotel as a leading Sarawakian brand with the ultimate goal of expanding its footprint across Malaysia.
